Eric Bosco, Vice President of Communications & Community Engineering, AOL is in charge of Mail and Instant Messaging engineering. For the last few years, he has been on the forefront of the spam and spim control work, and led the design and implementation of the AOL spam control complex. Prior to that position, he was in charge of all aspects of AOL Instant Messenger technology, growing the initially small system into what it is today -- a global communications medium.



Peter Neumann, Principal Scientist, Principled Systems Group, Computer Science Lab, SRI International moderates the ACM Risks Forum, edits CACM's monthly Inside Risks column, chairs the ACM Committee on Computers and Public Policy, and chairs the National Committee for Voting Integrity. He co-founded People For Internet Responsibility (PFIR). His book, Computer-Related Risks, is in its fifth printing.
