CEAS 2007 Submission Format Guidelines
CEAS 2007 will continue to use a similar format requirement as those used in previous years.
All submissions must follow the format and size constraints indicated below.
Your goal as an author is to produce a clearly readable submission to facilitate the reviewing process.
Papers should be submitted in PDF or Postscript format. We will accept two types
of papers: regular (full) papers and short papers.
Regular papers may be submitted with up to 10 pages (i.e. 8 pages content plus 2 pages bibliography), and short papers up to 4 pages (i.e. 1-3 pages content plus 1 page bibliography).
The page length includes everything:
figures, tables, references, appendices and so forth.

While we will accept .DOC or .RTF files, we cannot guarantee
that they will render correctly on our system. Therefore,
Word users are strongly encouraged to submit PDF or Postscript
as called for above. Word may be used to create Postscript on
Windows by doing the following:
- Create a new printer to "Print to File" instead of a printer port.
- When configuring the printer select a driver for a Postscript model of printer (e.g. Apple LaserWriter
II NT v47.0).
- Use Word to print to this printer. Choose a file name ending in .ps
- The resulting file will be Postscript. You may verify this by looking at
it with Notepad and noticing that it begins with a line like:
%!PS-Adobe-3.0
- If you wish to preview your Postscript file, you may do so by installing
ghostscript and gsview.
